How we share your information
Truckers Coverage USA is an insurance lead generation platform. When you submit a request and provide consent, we share your submitted information with one or more state-licensed insurance agents, agencies or carriers so they can contact you about coverage. We also use service providers (hosting, database, email, automation and analytics vendors) that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your information for purposes unrelated to your insurance inquiry.
Consent to contact
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that we and our licensed partners may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, including by automated dialing, prerecorded message and SMS, even if your number appears on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing calls and texts at any time by telling the caller to stop, replying STOP to a text, or emailing info@truckerscoverageusa.com. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing that address. We will honor verified requests as required by applicable law.
Data retention and security
We retain submitted information for as long as needed to service your inquiry and to meet legal, regulatory and recordkeeping obligations. We use encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database security to protect your data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Artificial intelligence and automated processing
We use artificial intelligence and automated tools to help process your request, for example to score and prioritize coverage requests, route them to a licensed agent in your state, summarize your submission for that agent, draft educational content, and power chat, email or SMS follow-up. Information you submit may be processed by AI service providers under contract with us; we do not authorize them to use your personal information to train their own public models. We do not use AI to make final decisions about your insurability. Underwriting decisions are made by the issuing carrier. You may always request to interact with a human licensed agent instead. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
